CTL Academy
IDA offers a hybrid learning experience through our partnership with CTL Academy, an accredited virtual academy. Their live, project-based curriculum serves students in grades 6 to 12, resulting in a 100% acceptance rate into both domestic and international universities. Additionally, students can take advantage of dual enrollment with Arizona State University (ASU), earning college credits while still in middle or high school.
Live Teachers
Our school provides a comprehensive daily schedule of live, synchronous instruction led by fully qualified teachers. This approach, coupled with cutting-edge technology and expert educators, ensures that our dancers receive a top-notch education geared toward their success.
Learning Coaches
We recognize the importance of a supportive environment for academic and athletic excellence, which is why we have on-site learning coaches available during school hours. These learning coaches assist with assignments, ensure technology connectivity, and provide general care to enhance the overall learning experience for our dancers.
Assignments
Our virtual learning program is designed to encompass both synchronous and asynchronous learning. During class time, students engage in synchronous assignments with teacher guidance, fostering focus and engagement. Simultaneously, the program offers flexibility for additional asynchronous work, creating a well-rounded approach to learning that caters to individual needs and schedules.
After School Tutoring
Our after-school tutoring program offers support for asynchronous assignments through group sessions led by friendly facilitators at Soccer iQ. For those preferring online tutoring, our virtual Tutor Zone provides an excellent resource for academic success.
Small Class Sizes
We prioritize small class sizes to foster personalized attention for our dancers. Cohorts are organized by grade level in our physical classrooms, while online students are matched with their respective grade level teachers via virtual programming. This setup, supported by dedicated teachers and IDA learning coaches, enables our students to receive tailored support on a daily basis.
